Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team at Tansen Sangeet Mahavidyalaya, Kalkaji. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our institution.

Responsibilities:-

- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors

- Manage front desk operations, including admissions, inquiries, and payments

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly

- Maintain accurate records and databases

- Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth operations

- Handle cash and credit transactions

- Promote courses and programs to prospective students

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer.

- The candidate from or nearby kalkaji area. will be preferred.

- Working Hours- 10am to 8pm./ Sat & Sun working. 1 Weekoff will be on any weekdays.
