Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a well-presented and confident Front Desk Receptionist to manage our experience centre in Ghitorni. The candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi, well-groomed, and capable of handling clients professionally in our absence.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and attend walk-in clients and visitors

Handle client inquiries politely and professionally

Explain basic company profile and products

Coordinate client meetings with management

Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules

Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries

Share catalog and company details with potential clients

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory)

Presentable personality

Basic knowledge of MS Office & WhatsApp

Polite, confident, and professional behavior

Ability to handle clients independently
