Statement of Job Responsibilities:
Supporting the MD to frame and drive the Operations Strategy & Planning for the entire portfolio of businesses.
Assist the MD in formulating Business plans through Business Analysis, collating information and preparing reports/presentations.
Assist & coordinate with respective business heads in order to achieve strategic / business objectives as advised by the Director.
Data gathering from the various business units, analysis and having pre-discussions with the directors before business review meeting.
Organize review meetings of the sub-business units, support functions and the top management.
Provide key insights to the JMD for various business meetings; prepare reports, presentations and Monthly dashboard.
Co-ordinate with various business heads to ensure smooth communication flow.
Co-coordinating and collating operations MIS and providing analytical support to businesses for identification of process development and evaluation of additional revenue streams and risk management processes.
Project tracking and follow up for closure of active projects/action items discussed, further following up and reviewing with the Director.
Co-ordinate with Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables and provide inputs on cost and time overrun.
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring business performance reviews with the Directors/ Top Management, analyzing information, publishing action items and tracking/coordinating with key functions to ensure timely closure.
In depth Data analysis and presentation of business highlights and various MIS to Top Management to help make effective decisions.
