• Build and integrate AI chatbots and voice agents
• Implement Generative AI tools using OpenAI / LLM APIs
• Develop AI automation workflows for lead generation and customer support
• Create multilingual AI voice assistants

Full Stack Development

• Build web applications and dashboards
• Develop APIs and backend systems
• Integrate AI services into existing platforms
• Build scalable platforms for property listings and booking systems

Platform Development

• Develop systems for:
• Real estate lead management
• Call centre AI automation
• Second home marketplace platforms
• Hotel booking systems
• 
  

Technical Skills Required

Frontend

• React.js / Next.js
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Backend

• Node.js or Python
• REST APIs
• Database management (MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL)

AI Tools

• OpenAI / GPT APIs
• LangChain
• AI chatbot frameworks
• Voice AI integrations
• Automation tools

Additional Skills

• Cloud platforms (AWS / Google Cloud)
• API integrations
• CRM integrations
• Git version control

Preferred Experience

• Experience building AI chatbots or voice bots
• Experience with automation tools and AI workflows
• Experience building marketplace or SaaS platforms
• 2–5 years development experience preferred
