GeM Operation Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support GEM-related projects from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, quality, and operations.
- Prepare and review technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support installation, commissioning, and start-up activities.
- Conduct performance analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
