Job Title: GEM/Tender Executive

Location: New Delhi

Department:Tendering

Experience Required: 2–5 Years


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GEM/Tender Executive to manage and coordinate the complete tendering process including documentation, bid submissions, and post-tender follow-ups on government portals such as GEM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP, and other procurement platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, identify, and monitor relevant tenders on GEM, CPPP, and other e-procurement platforms.
  • Complete bid preparation and submission process within deadlines (technical & financial bids).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, etc.) to gather documents required for tender submissions.
  • Handle tender documentation including EMDs, PBGs, MAFs, annexures, certifications, etc.
  • Upload product and service listings, manage catalogs and pricing on GEM portal.
  • Ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions in the tender documents.
  • Monitor tender status, respond to queries (pre-bid/post-bid), and attend pre-bid meetings if required.
  • Handle bid result tracking, negotiation, and follow-ups for award of work.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all tenders submitted.
  • Update management on bid outcomes and market opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in handling GEM portal and e-tendering procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of government procurement policies and tender terms is preferred.


Preferred:

  • Certification or training in government procurement or GEM portal use.
  • Experience in a similar role in [relevant industry].
