Job Summary

🧾 Job SummaryWe are hiring General Duty Assistants (GDA) to provide bedside care and daily support to patients at home. The role involves assisting patients with routine activities, ensuring hygiene, comfort, and supporting recovery under supervision of healthcare professionals.

🩺 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with

• daily activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility
• Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of the patient
• Help in bed positioning and movement support
• Monitor basic patient conditions and report any changes
• Support in medication reminders (as instructed)
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the patient
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Coordinate with nurses/doctor when required

👨‍⚕️ Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Certification in GDA / Patient Care (preferred)
• Experience: 06–3 years in healthcare / caregiving
• Basic understanding of patient handling
• Physically fit and compassionate

⏰ Working ConditionsShift-based

• duty (12 / 24 hours depending on case)
• Work at patient’s residence
• Weekly off as per policy
