Timing: 12 hours / 24 hours shifts

Job Description:

Hum ek responsible aur compassionate General Duty Assistant (GDA) ki talash mein hain jo patients ki basic care kare aur healthcare staff ko daily tasks mein support kare. Candidate hygienic, attentive hona chahiye aur patients ko respect aur dignity ke saath handle kar sake.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patients ko daily activities mein help karna (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding)
• Patient hygiene & incontinence care provide karna (diaper changing bhi include hai)
• Bedridden aur elderly patients ko movement aur repositioning mein support karna
• Patient ke area, bed aur equipment ki cleanliness & sanitation maintain karna
• Patient ki condition monitor karna aur changes nurse ya doctor ko report karna
• Patients ko transfer karne mein help karna (bed se wheelchair, stretcher, etc.)
• Basic nursing support tasks mein assistance dena (under supervision)
• Infection control aur safety protocols follow karna
• Har time patient ki privacy, dignity aur comfort maintain karna

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
• GDA / Nursing Assistant Certification preferred
• Freshers aur experienced dono apply kar sakte hain

Shift Details:

• Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)
• 7 Days Working

Salary:

• ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (experience ke basis par)
