Gold Loan Manager

Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end gold loan operations.

* Conduct accurate gold valuation as per company standards.

* Verify customer KYC documents and ensure proper documentation.

* Handle loan processing, disbursement, renewals and closures.

* Ensure safe custody and proper storage of pledged gold.

* Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

* Monitor overdue accounts and follow up for timely recovery.

* Control NPAs and ensure compliance with company and RBI guidelines.

* Prevent fraud by maintaining strict checks on valuation and storage processes.

* Maintain proper records for audits and support internal/external audit processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong knowledge of gold valuation and gold loan procedures.

* Good understanding of NBFC policies and RBI regulations.

* Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills.

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in gold loan operations.
