Job Summary

Pizeonfly is looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in running Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, campaign management experience, and a proven ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Google AdsCreate, manage, and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns
• Perform deep keyword research and competitor analysis
• Improve Quality Score and reduce CPA
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
• Optimize bids, ad copies, and landing pages for conversion

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Create and optimize lead generation, conversion, remarketing, and engagement campaigns

• Develop audience targeting strategies
• Manage ad creatives, A/B testing, and campaign scaling
• Track pixel events and troubleshoot tracking issues

General Responsibilities

• Create campaign dashboards and weekly/monthly reports
• Budget planning and ROI-focused performance
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad assets
• Stay updated with latest trends in performance marketing
• Ensure high-quality leads and improved cost efficiency

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Business Manager)
• Understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate
• Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup, UTM tracking
• Strong analytical & reporting skills
• Experience with landing page optimization
• Basic knowledge of Canva/creative briefing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Google Ads Certification (preferred)
• Meta Blueprint Certification (bonus)
• 1–3 years of performance marketing experience
