📌 **B.Tech – Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)**

💰 CTC: ₹22,243 | In-hand: ₹17,796

🛠 Responsibility: Operate and monitor machine performance

🎯 Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable

📌 **Diploma (DET – Diploma Engineer Trainee)**

💰 CTC: ₹20,231 | In-hand: ₹16,165

🛠 Responsibility: Handle machine settings and output monitoring

🎯 Incentives: Additional incentives based on performance

**Work Structure**

🕒 Shift Timings: (1 week Day / 1 week Night – rotational)

📅 Working Days: 6 days/week (1 day weekly off)

**Facilities Provided**

🏠 Accommodation: Company will arrange room, but payment will be borne by the employee.
