Job SummaryGreenHomes is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content that strengthens our brand presence. The candidate will be responsible for designing marketing materials, social media creatives, branding assets, and project presentation visuals aligned with our premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, banners, and ad creatives.
• Create brochures, catalogs, company profiles, and pitch decks.
• Develop branding materials including logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity elements.
• Design outdoor marketing materials (hoardings, site boards, standees, etc.).
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop campaign visuals.
• Edit and enhance project images for marketing use.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors for final output files.
• Stay updated with current design trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design (real estate/construction industry preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to create premium and minimal designs.
• Good communication and time management skills.
