Graphic Designer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team. This role will

focus on conceptualizing, developing, and finalizing graphic designs for our wide range of disposable products.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in industry-standard design tools, possess a deep understanding of print

production processes, and have a strong aesthetic sense for curating seasonal and trend-based collections tailored

for the US and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop graphics for paper products such as plates, cups, bags, and packaging.
• Replicating buyer’s product artworks into printable designs with high resolution graphics for effective production of finished products
• Work with dielines and prepare production-ready artwork for printing.
• To develop new creative designs as per market trends for different products
• Create and manage collections for seasonal and thematic occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Easter,Summer, Thanksgiving, Halloween, and Christmas.
• Conduct market trend research to develop fresh, commercially viable designs.
• Perform color matching and ensure accurate color reproduction using Pantone and CMYK systems.
• Create vector illustrations and CAD-style layouts for new products.
• Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to ensure designs align with technical and material specifications.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across all product lines and collections.
• Handle multiple design projects and timelines effectively with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the print or packaging industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of print processes, dielines, vector graphics, CAD drawings, and color theory.
• Familiarity with Pantone color systems, CMYK color models, and print-ready artwork standards.
• Excellent understanding of market-driven design—especially for US holidays and seasonal themes.
• Creative eye with strong attention to detail and a passion for well-crafted design.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
