Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually compelling designs. This role is ideal for a motivated fresher or early-career designer eager to grow in a fast-paced agency environment while working on real-world digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and branding
• Create banners, posters, thumbnails, and marketing creatives aligned with brand guidelines
• Assist with short-form video editing for reels and promotional content
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms
• Revise and optimize designs based on internal feedback and client inputs

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Basic to intermediate experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with CorelDRAW
• Understanding of digital and social media design formats
• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
