Role Overview: We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who blends creativity with digital-first thinking. You should be comfortable using design software like Photoshop and Illustrator, Canva, and have a strong understanding of social media formats and publishing. Strong communication and collaboration, and English language skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for social media, branding, campaigns, and presentations
• Create visually engaging assets using Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: Figma, After Effects)
• Build and adapt social content using Canva
• Collaborate with the content and strategy team to execute campaigns
• Support basic social media publishing and scheduling
• Use AI tools to speed up creative workflows
• Stay updated with social media trends and formats

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong command over Canva for quick, platform-ready designs
• Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms’ content formats
• Strong communication and time management skills

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway
• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
• Experience with social media publishing tools (like Buffer, Meta Suite, or similar)
• A portfolio that shows both versatility and digital-first thinking
