About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling, with experience in designing for e-commerce and digital platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create engaging designs that elevate our brand presence across Amazon, social media, website, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities

🎨 Design & Creative Development

• Create high-quality graphics for Amazon listings (A+ Content, banners, infographics).
• Design social media creatives (Instagram posts, stories, reels covers, ads).
• Develop product packaging, inserts, tags, and branding assets.
• Create promotional creatives for sales, festive campaigns, and launches.

🛍 E-commerce & Marketplace Support

• Design product images optimized for marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Maintain consistency across all product visuals and brand guidelines.
• Enhance product presentation through lifestyle and infographic designs.

📢 Marketing & Branding

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital ads, email banners, and website visuals.
• Support brand identity development through cohesive design language.
• Work on seasonal campaign themes and creative concepts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Canva/Figma is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding.
• Experience in e-commerce design (Amazon creatives preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or brand side).
• Prior experience with home décor/furnishing brands is a bonus.
• Understanding of print design and packaging formats.
