Experienced Graphic Designer (E-Commerce & Branding)

Full TimeWe are looking for a deeply skilled Graphic Designer who understands how design shapes consumer behaviour in e-commerce.

If you love creating visuals that convert, not just look pretty, this role is built for you.

This is not a routine editing job. You will craft the visual identity of a fast-growing kitchenware brand that sells across India through e-commerce, retail and modern trade.

What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities)

Your work will directly influence product sales, brand perception, and campaign performance.

• E-Commerce & Conversion DesignCreate high-impact A+ content, infographics, lifestyle imagery, and comparison charts for Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplaces.
• Build and update Amazon Brand Stores with premium, conversion-driven layouts.

Branding & Creative AssetsDesign

. website banners, landing pages, homepage visuals and refresh UI-aligned creatives.

• Craft brochures, catalogs, packaging artworks and other brand collaterals.
• Develop visually compelling social media graphics, ads, and performance-led creatives.

Video & Motion

• Produce engaging reels, demo videos, product explainers (basic to intermediate).
• Optional: motion graphics or animation will be a strong advantage.

Creative Strategy & Collaboration

• Convert product features into powerful visual storytelling.
• Work closely with e-commerce & marketing teams to understand briefs and improve CTR, conversions and brand identity.
• Maintain consistent brand language across channels and formats.
• Stay updated with global design trends, content formats, and new tools.

What Makes You a Great Fit (Requirements)

• 2+ years of experience designing for e-commerce brands (mandatory).
• Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and basic knowledge of Premiere Pro/CapCut.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects with high accuracy.
• A portfolio that shows clean, thoughtful design work, preferably in consumer brands.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Experience creating Amazon A+ modules and Brand Stores.
• Understanding of UX/website design principles.
• Experience in motion graphics or advanced editing.
• Knowledge of marketplace-specific content styles.
