• Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design & Creative DevelopmentDesign high-quality creatives for:
• Social media posts, banners, posters, and campaigns
• Match fixtures, scorecards, player highlights, and announcements
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
• Conceptualize innovative and eye-catching visual ideas
• 2. Video Editing & Motion ContentCreate and edit engaging videos including:
• Match promos and teaser videos
• Reels, shorts, and highlight videos
• Event coverage and after-movies
• Add motion graphics, transitions, music, and effects to enhance content
• Ensure quick turnaround for time-sensitive sports/event content
• 3. Sports & Event Content CreationDevelop content aligned with sports storytelling and audience engagement
• Create hype content, countdowns, and real-time updates during events
• Work closely with event and marketing teams for campaign execution
• 4. Social Media & Digital AdaptationOptimize content for platforms like:
• Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Ensure correct formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements
• Stay updated with current trends, reels formats, and viral content styles
• Technical SkillsDesign ToolsAdobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
