Job Description – Graphic Designer / Social Media ExecutiveExperience: 3–6 Years

Role Overview:We are looking for a creative and data-driven Graphic Designer / Social Media Executive who can design engaging creatives, manage social media platforms, and maintain MIS reports to track performance. The role combines visual design, content execution, and reporting/analytics.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:Graphic Designing:

• Design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, stories, reels, and campaigns
• Create brand-aligned designs for digital marketing and promotions
• Edit images, videos, and short clips as per campaign requirements
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, fonts, colors, and layouts

Social Media Management:

• Manage daily posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
• Plan content calendars in coordination with marketing team
• Write basic captions, hashtags, and creatives support text
• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages

MIS & Reporting:

• Maintain MIS reports for social media performance (reach, engagement, followers, leads)
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Analyze insights and suggest improvements based on data

Coordination & Execution:

• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and external agencies
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives and campaign execution
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Desired Candidate Profile:3–6 years of experience as Graphic Designer / Social Media Executive
• Strong knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva)
• Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro / After Effects – preferred)
• Experience handling social media platforms and content calendars
• Strong MIS and reporting skills using Excel / Google Sheets
• Creative mindset with analytical thinking
• Educational Qualification:Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
• Preferred Skills:Knowledge of social media ads & analytics tools
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing trends
• Good communication and coordination skills
