About Us:

We are a growing publishing house dedicated to producing high-quality books across various genres. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who understands the aesthetics and technical aspects of book publishing.

Job Overview:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing book covers, designing book interiors, managing typesetting, and handling various design-related publishing tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills along with a solid understanding of print production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative and market-oriented book covers.

• Create professional and reader-friendly interior layouts.

• Perform accurate and clean typesetting for books in Hindi and English.

• Format manuscripts for print and digital platforms.

• Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, margins, ISBN placement, and CMYK settings.

• Coordinate with editors and authors to understand design requirements.

• Create promotional creatives such as social media posts, banners, and catalog designs.

• Ensure all files meet printing and publishing standards.

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).

• 1 years of experience in book publishing design (preferred).

• Proficiency in:

• Adobe InDesign

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• CorelDRAW

• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory.

• Knowledge of printing specifications and pre-press processes.

• Experience in typesetting Hindi and English text.

• Attention to detail and strong time management skills.

• Basic knowledge of eBook formatting is a plus.
