Job Title: Ground Staff

Location: Onsite at New Delhi, Delhi, India

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth processing of customers from the time of their arrival at the airport to the point where they board the aircraft.
• Assist passengers with special needs, providing additional support and resources as necessary.
• Coordinate with various departments, including baggage teams and flight operations, to ensure consistent communication and efficient workflow.
• Handle ticketing and check-in procedures in compliance with airline standards and procedures.
• Manage the boarding process, including checking boarding passes and guiding passengers to their seats.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure passenger satisfaction while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, ensuring that it is organized and secure.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of aviation security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Monitor guest and baggage claims processes, helping passengers with lost or damaged luggage situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure passengers have a safe and seamless journey from the airport lobby to the aircraft gate, addressing any concerns swiftly.
• Facilitate efficient check-in processes, verifying passenger identification and managing boarding passes.
• Coordinate with airline staff about flight schedules, passenger numbers, and any disruptions to minimize delays.
• Provide on-ground support during emergencies, implementing safety protocols effectively.
• Guide passengers through security checks and immigration processes, complying with local airport regulations.
• Foster a welcoming and informative environment for airport guests, upholding the airline's service standards.
