Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist gym members with correct usage of equipment and machines.
  • Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper posture and technique.
  • Design basic workout routines based on member fitness levels.
  • Monitor gym floor activity and ensure safety and hygiene standards.
  • Motivate and guide members to maintain consistency in workouts.
  • Support personal training sessions when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workout area.
  • Address member queries related to workouts and fitness routines.
  • Follow gym policies and assist with member engagement activities.
