Role Summary: We are seeking a technically skilled and solution-oriented Server Engineer to manage and support our server infrastructure. This is a hands-on analytical role for someone who is reliable, resourceful, communicative, and eager to thrive in a fast paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities Areas

• Efficiently handle repairs for laptops and desktops, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform accurate assembling and disassembling of laptops as per client and business requirements
• Conduct hardware diagnostics, and quality checks on desktops, and laptops to ensure compliance with company standards before dispatch.
• Execute production schedules as planned by the Production Manager.
• Ensure that required spare parts and materials are available for production.

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hardware repair & troubleshooting.
• Card-level repair skills. 
• Working proficiency in English.
• Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:

• Chip-level repair skills
• Graduate or diploma holder
