Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Hardware and Networking Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and network systems to ensure seamless operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Set up and manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues and provide timely support.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system security and data protection.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and documentation of configurations.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and resolve user issues.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Hardware & Networking equipment’s and protocols.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux/Mac OS and basic server management.
• Understanding of IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and VPN configurations.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, or N+ are a plus.
