Hardware & Network Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive with hands-on experience in both software and hardware support. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently diagnosing and resolving IT issues, including the repair and maintenance of equipment such as printers, CCTV cameras, and desktop/laptop systems. Key Responsibilities:  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV, etc.).  Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.  Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades on hardware and software systems.  Ensure smooth functioning of all IT equipment and infrastructure.  Handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, WiFi, routers, switches).  Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.  Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, and procurement if needed.  Support end-users with system issues and guide them through resolutions.
