Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our catering business by generating high-quality leads and building strategic tie-ups with farmhouses, banquet halls, and event venues. The ideal candidate should have strong networking capabilities and established relationships within the events and hospitality ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard potential farmhouses, banquet halls, and event venues for catering tie-ups

• Build and maintain strong relationships with venue owners, event planners, decorators, and wedding professionals

• Generate qualified catering leads and convert them into confirmed business opportunities

• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective partners

• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize collaboration agreements

• Maintain an updated database of leads, partners, and conversions

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and new venue openings

• Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of secured business

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within catering, hospitality, events, or wedding industry

• Strong network among farmhouses, banquet facilities, and event planners (preferred)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Target-driven mindset with the ability to close deals

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently

• Ability to represent the brand professionally in meetings and events
