Head Chef

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef to join our team at Sechzwan Savour, a popular Chinese restaurant in Burari. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine, including Szechwan and Cantonese dishes.

*Responsibilities:*

- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, including dim sum, sushi, noodles, and rice dishes

- Make chaap and pizza as per restaurant standards

- Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

- Train and supervise kitchen staff as required

- Develop new menu items and specials

*Requirements:*

- 2+ years of experience as a Chinese Chef in a reputable restaurant

- Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients

- Experience with dim sum, sushi, chaap, and pizza making

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage kitchen staff

- Good communication and teamwork skills

*Salary:* ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience
