We are a growing eCommerce company looking for an energetic and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Support performance reviews and training programs
• Ensure HR policy and labor law compliance
• Address employee queries and support engagement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 2–4 years of HR experience (eCommerce/retail preferred)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
