Job Description
Job Title: Sales Head
Company: K.T.G.S Constructions LLP
Location: Greater Kailash - 1, New Delhi (On-site)
Industry: Real Estate, BPO, Hospitality
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Role Overview: Lead and supervise the tele sales team, ensuring engagement with potential clients through outbound and inbound calls. Act as the second touchpoint for leads, supporting junior executives in converting prospects and driving overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide the sales team, providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
- Supervise junior executives, monitor their performance, and assist them in client engagements
- Act as a senior contact point for important leads, helping progress qualified prospects towards site/office meetings and deal closure
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and sales processes
- Maintain detailed records of team activities, client follow-ups, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and management to optimize lead generation and reporting
- Prepare sales performance reports and provide actionable feedback for continuous process improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate, BPO, or Hospitality
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a sales team
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal proficiency required)
- Strong persuasion, organizational, and target-oriented skills
- Ability to manage high call volumes and support junior staff in client rapport building
- Experience using telephone systems and CRM software to track sales activity
