Key Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end holiday planning, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.

 Develop tailor-made travel itineraries for individuals, families, and groups.

 Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

 Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

 Stay updated with the latest travel trends, offers, and destination insights.

 Handle customer inquiries and resolve any pre/post-travel issues efficiently.

 Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals.
