Healthcare Sales & Operation Manager

We have an opening for Manager / Senior Manager – Healthcare Sales & Operations (OPD Clinics) with a leading Women & Child Health healthcare organization.

Location: Gurgaon will be the base but the person will be on field only

Experience: 5–10 years

CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA (₹12 LPA fixed + performance-based incentives)

Mandatory Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience strictly in OPD clinic setups or hospital
• Direct experience working with Gynecologists, Pediatricians, and Child Health Clinics
• Strong understanding of the OPD patient journey (Consultation → Diagnostics → Treatment → Follow-up)
• Hands-on experience in clinic operations and on-ground team leadership
• Proven experience in opening new clinics / clinic business setup
• Strong exposure to P&L management

Role Highlights:

• Driving OPD clinic revenue, patient footfall, and conversions
• Managing end-to-end OPD clinic operations
• Working closely with doctors and clinic teams
• Strong exposure to women & child health OPD setups

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on OPD clinic or hospital OPD experience.
