High Frequency Machine Operator

Machine Operation

• Operate High Frequency (HF) welding machines for sealing, embossing, and joining PVC fabric.
• Set machine parameters such as time, pressure, temperature, and frequency according to job requirements.
• Perform trial runs before bulk production to ensure correct sealing quality.

Quality Control

• Inspect sealed PVC fabric for defects such as weak joints, burn marks, uneven sealing, or misalignment.
• Ensure finished products meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
• Report quality issues immediately to the Supervisor or Quality team.

Material Handling

• Handle PVC fabric carefully to avoid scratches, folds, or contamination.
• Ensure correct material, size, and design are used as per job card.
• Minimize material wastage during production.

Machine Maintenance & Safety

• Carry out basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Identify machine abnormalities and inform maintenance team promptly.
• Follow all safety guidelines while operating HF machines to avoid electrical or RF exposure risks.

Coordination

• Coordinate with Cutting, QC, and Packing teams for smooth production flow.
• Follow instructions from Supervisor to meet daily production targets.
