Hiring: Real Estate Field + Sales Executive

Location: Karol Bagh (Commercial Property Business)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month + Incentives

Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM | Monday Off

Company ke baare mein:

Hamari ek established commercial property consultant firm hai Karol Bagh mein. Shops, warehouses aur offices ki sale-purchase aur rent deals karte hain.

Kaam ki zimmedariyan:

• Market ke commercial complexes mein jakar shopkeepers ka data collect karna (naam, contact, kaam ka nature, etc.)

• Verified database banana aur maintain karna

• Market visit aur walk-in clients se property ke leads lena aur follow-up karna

• Site visits fix karna aur daily sales sheet update karna

• Polite, active aur trustworthy client dealing

• Agreements ke kaam mein support dena (token lena, sign karwana, notary, etc.)

• Registrar office ya deed writer ke paas documentation related kaam karna

• Property handover ke time support karna

Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th Pass ya Graduate

• Karol Bagh Market Ki achi Knowledge ho

• Polite, active aur trustworthy hona chahiye

• WhatsApp, Google Forms jaise basic mobile apps chalane aane chahiye

• Field work, delivery, ya sales ka experience ho toh plus point

• 4 wheeler Chalana atta ho toh zyada pasand kia jayega
