Home Loan Executive

The Home Loan Executive is responsible for generating and processing home loan applications, identifying potential customers, and providing end-to-end assistance throughout the loan process. The role involves achieving assigned sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with all company and regulatory policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through various channels (leads, referrals, marketing campaigns, etc.).
• Promote and sell home loan products to prospective clients.
• Assist customers in understanding loan options, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Collect and verify necessary documents to process loan applications.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure timely loan disbursement.
• Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other referral partners to generate leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
