Home Trial Jewellery Sales Executive

Zinara is a fast-growing D2C lab-grown diamond jewellery brand, selling through home trials, society activations, and market-led BTL initiatives. We’re looking for an ownership-driven professional to manage on-ground sales, customer relationships, and local operations.

Role SummaryOwn the end-to-end on-ground customer journey - from home trials and society activations to follow-ups, inventory checks, certifications, and sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home trials & private viewings

• Execute society stalls, exhibitions & market activations

• Manage customer follow-ups and order closures

• Handle inventory movement, basic QC & documentation

• Coordinate diamond certifications & gold hallmarking

• Drive regional sales targets and conversion metrics

• Support BTL marketing execution and local brand visibility

• Update CRM and share daily sales & ops reports

Ideal Profile

• 3 - 6 years in field sales / retail / home-trial roles in jewellery industry mandatory

• Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery product experience preferred

• Well-presented, organized, and customer-focused

• Willing to travel and work weekends

• Two-wheeler & smartphone mandatory
