Job Description

  • Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas in excellent condition
  • Plant, water, fertilize, and prune flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Ensure proper irrigation and drainage of garden areas
  • Identify and treat plant diseases, pests, and weeds
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
  • Prepare soil, beds, and pots for seasonal plantation
  • Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas including pathways and green zones
  • Assist in decoration and setup of plants for events/functions (if required)
  • Monitor growth and health of plants and suggest improvements
  • Ensure eco-friendly practices and proper waste disposal (composting, etc.)
  • Skills & Requirements:Basic knowledge of horticulture and plant care
  • Ability to use gardening tools and equipment
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors
  • Knowledge of seasonal plants and plantation cycles
  • Understanding of pest control and fertilizers
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
