Looking for male candidate for the position of Horticulture Supervisor

Location

Terminal-1, IGI Airport, New Delhi

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in horticulture or related field
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

Technical Skills

• In‐depth knowledge of horticultural practices
• Plant health diagnostics and pest/disease management
• Irrigation design, installation, and maintenance

Management & Organizational Skills

• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
• Strong planning, prioritization, and deadline-management
• Commitment to quality assurance and safety protocols

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting
• Ability to collaborate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
• Training and mentoring team members effectively

Problem‐Solving Abilities

• Rapid identification and resolution of plant‐health issues
• Resource management to optimize labour, materials, and time
