The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and staff while maintaining accurate records.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage patient registration, appointments, and records
• Handle front desk operations including calls and walk-in queries
• Coordinate with doctors, lab staff, and technicians for reports and scheduling
• Enter and maintain patient data in Labmate software
• Assist with billing, payments, and documentation
• Support ultrasound preparation and basic patient handling
• Type ultrasound and X-ray reports accurately
• Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Computer skills: typing, MS Office, data entry
• Ability to handle patients politely and professionally
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience in a diagnostic centre/hospital is an advantage
• Freshers with good learning ability are welcome
