Hospital Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database.

• Inform customers about hospital facilities, treatment packages, health check-up plans, and ongoing offers.

• Explain the benefits clearly and persuade customers to visit the hospital.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for consultations.

• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.

• Follow up with interested customers.

• Coordinate with front desk and hospital staff for smooth patient visits.

• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals
