Requirement
• As a Hotel Manager, you'll oversee all hotel operations - from front desk to housekeeping, F&B to maintenance- ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily hotel operations seamlessly Ensure top-tier guest service & satisfaction ✓ Handle budgeting, forecasting & cost control Hire, train & lead a winning team
• Maintain health, safety & compliance standards Swiftly resolve guest concerns with professionalism Collaborate with marketing/sales teams to drive occupancy & revenue
What We're Looking For:
• Prior experience as a Hotel Manager/Guest Relationship Executive (Min 6 months of experience)
• Strong knowledge of hotel management software & systems
• Excellent communication, leadership & organizational skills
• Financial acumen & problem-solving mindset Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
