Required Front Desk Officer / Hotel Management Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greeting guests, registering them, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and facilitating a seamless check-in and check-out process.

2. Managing online and telephone bookings, updating records, answering inquiries, and managing the switchboard.

3. Processing payments, handling cash registers, verifying credit card data, and preparing final bills.

4. Providing information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.

5. Addressing guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

6. Liaising with housekeeping and maintenance to confirm room readiness and manage special requests. Maintaining updated guest records, preparing daily reports, and ensuring the lobby area is tidy.

Salary :- 25000/- to 30000/-

Candidates with minimum 3-4 years of experience & are from Delhi
