Hotel Sales & Marketing Executive (Weddings & Events)

Delhi NCR (Pan-India travel required)

We are a premium Wedding Planning & Decoration Production Company, working closely with luxury hotels, resorts, and destination wedding venues across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, and wedding venues on a regular basis to build and maintain strong professional relationships

Coordinate with hotel sales & banqueting teams to understand wedding packages, inventory, and availability

Generate wedding leads from hotels and convert them into confirmed clients

Act as a key liaison between hotels and wedding clients

Conduct hotel site inspections with clients and represent the company professionally

Promote company services to hotels and position us as a preferred wedding partner

Maintain and update hotel data, contacts, pricing, and leads

Attend sales meetings, networking events, and familiarisation trips (FAM trips)

Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets

Mandatory Requirements:

Female candidate only

Hotel Sales / Hospitality Sales background is a must

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales, banquets, or event sales

Excellent command over English (spoken & written)

Highly confident, presentable, and polished communicator

Comfortable with extensive travel (Pan India)

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive

Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools

Preferred Skills:

Experience in wedding sales, destination weddings, or luxury hospitality

Existing network with hotel sales managers and wedding coordinators

Ability to handle high-profile clients and premium brands
