House Manager

Key Responsibilities

Household Management

Oversee daily operations of the residence and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the property.

Ensure all rooms and common areas are well-maintained at all times.

Staff Supervision

Manage and supervise household staff (maids, cooks, drivers, security, etc.).

Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.

Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline.

Vendor & Inventory Management

Coordinate with vendors for groceries, maintenance, repairs, and other services.

Maintain inventory of household supplies and ensure timely replenishment.

Handle basic budgeting and expense tracking for household needs.

Guest & Hospitality Management

Manage guest visits, ensure proper arrangements for stay, food, and comfort.

Maintain high standards of hospitality and service.

Maintenance & Coordination

Coordinate repairs, maintenance work, and AMC services.

Ensure all appliances and utilities are functioning properly.

Confidentiality & Trust

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding household and family matters.

Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and staff management skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

High level of responsibility, honesty, and trustworthiness.

Problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Basic knowledge of household budgeting and inventory management.

Preferred Background

Experience in managing luxury homes / HNI residences / guest houses.

Background in hospitality (hotel industry) will be an added advantage.
