House Manager

Domestic Manager Required*

*Location:* Daryaganj, New Delhi

*Family:* Reputed Marwari Business Family

*Job Details:*

* *Salary:* ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month (depending on qualification and experience)

* *Working Days:* Monday to Sunday

* *Working Hours:* 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (flexible as required)

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Supervise and manage all household staff (maid, cook, driver, security, etc.)

* Ensure smooth daily household operations

* Handle timely purchase of groceries, vegetables, and other essentials, and maintain proper records/registers

* Plan and manage arrangements for पूजा (religious activities), guest visits, and small household events

* Maintain records of daily expenses, bills, and staff attendance

* Recruit and train new staff as required

* Ensure cleanliness, security, and discipline in the household

*Required Qualifications:*

* Minimum education: 12th pass (must be able to read and write Hindi and English)

* Minimum 05 years of work experience, including at least 4–5 years with one family

* Experience working with a business/Marwari/Jain family preferred

* Age: 35 to 45 years

* Strictly vegetarian and no addiction to alcohol, tobacco, or any substances

* Willingness to work long-term with the family

* Good communication and staff management skills
