Job Description – Housekeeping Staff (Zostel Delhi)

Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team at Zostel Delhi. The role requires maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort across guest rooms and common areas, while contributing to an engaging and community-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms daily
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room supplies
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust guest areas and common spaces
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of washrooms
• Manage laundry for guest linens and staff uniforms
• Restock housekeeping inventory and supplies
• Assist guests with luggage when needed
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Property Manager
• Maintain high hygiene standards and follow SOPs
• Support event and activity setup during special occasions

Working Conditions

• Minimum 10-hour shifts ( 1 hour break, total 9 hours)per day
• 1 rotational weekly off
• Night housekeeping staff may assist in basic kitchen duties (serving, dishwashing, deep clean kitchen)
• Must be willing to relocate based on property needs
