Housekeeping Staff

The MTS Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of office premises or facilities. The role involves routine cleaning tasks, assisting in basic maintenance, and supporting day-to-day operational needs.

• Key Responsibilities:Clean and maintain office areas, cabins, meeting rooms, corridors, and washrooms
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors regularly
• Ensure cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Dispose of garbage and maintain waste segregation standards
• Refill supplies like soap, sanitizer, tissue paper, etc.
• Serve tea/coffee and assist in pantry-related tasks (if required)
• Report any maintenance issues (leakage, damages, repairs) to supervisor
• Assist in shifting files, documents, or office items when needed
• Maintain cleanliness during meetings or events
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times
• Skills & Requirements:Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible
• Ability to follow instructions
• Good behavior and cooperative attitude
• Prior housekeeping experience is a plus (not mandatory)
• Education & Experience:Minimum: 8th / 10th pass
• Experience: 0–2 years in housekeeping or similar role preferred
• Working Conditions:May require standing for long hours
