Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR functions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable staff while maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to joining)
• Post job openings on job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with department heads
• Prepare offer letters and appointment letters
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
• Handle attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email

Experience

• Fresher / 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred
