Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior HR & Admin professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call-center environment as an HR Manager or HR Executive. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for call-center staff.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work culture.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and compliance documentation.
• Oversee office administration and vendor management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a call-center/BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, attendance, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
