Job Description
1. Hiring Support – Help with job postings, collecting resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Employee Records – Keep employee files and details updated.
3. Attendance & Leave – Maintain attendance sheets and track employee leaves.
4. Joining & Exit – Assist in joining formalities and exit processes.
5. Payroll Help – Share employee data with accounts for salary processing.
6. Employee Queries – Answer basic questions about policies, leaves, or salary.
7. HR Documents – Prepare offer letters, ID cards, and other HR paperwork.
8. Coordination – Work with different departments for HR tasks.
9. Training Support – Help in planning or organizing training sessions.
10. Daily HR Tasks – Support in all daily HR work given by the HR manager.
