HR Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for an HR Associate with Fresher with some internship experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR activites, assist with recruitment and employee coordination, and maintain accurate HR records. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the senior HR team in various human resource functions.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Nuture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in HR generalist roles.
• Good understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
